“ My wife and I stopped by Kauai Sushi Station on a whim and were completely blown away. Even with a small line (about 5–6 groups ahead), service was fast and efficient — we had our food in about 10 minutes. We ordered four different rolls and were seriously impressed. The presentation was stunning, with garnishes and flowers that made everything look like it came out of a high-end restaurant. But the taste? Even better. Easily the best sushi either of us has ever had. The picnic table setup with beachy lights added a laid-back charm, and the woman who helped us was unbelievably kind — you could tell she genuinely cared that we enjoyed our meal. Can’t recommend this spot enough. ”
“ We had a layover so decided to grab a bite to eat and was delighted to eat wonderful sushi in a wonderful outdoors seating area here! We got lucky and caught them when they weren’t too busy so made it back on our plane with plenty of time to spare! The portion sizes were perfect and the seasoning was excellent. We had the salmon sashimi, yellowtail jalapeno, King Ocean and the organic salmon and avacado roll and several others! All delicious! ”
“ Incredible sushi! The food here is a masterpiece, but it takes their skilled staff time to make it. We were the second order at 10:30am and waited 35 minutes for an order of 4 rolls. It is so worth the wait! I mention this because there were some people behind us who were rushing to the airport who clearly weren’t prepared to wait for their food and were rude to the staff. This is high end restaurant food served from a food truck. If you need a quick bite on the way to the airport go get fast food. ”

“ They say it's the "best sushi in Hawaii." Having only been to two sushi joints in Hawaii so far, I'm not a fair source yet to confirm or deny that claim. However, I can attest that the sushi here is incredible. Our favorite was the Godzilla. For Hawaiian prices, it's reasonable. Great service, and amazing atmosphere because, well, you're outside in Hawaii. Hard to beat that. ”
“ A hidden gem on wheels! Kauai Sushi Station exceeded all of our expectations. It’s high-end restaurant-quality sushi disguised as ordinary food truck fare. We ordered the sashimi, Fire rolls, a Godzilla roll, and California rolls. The presentation was colorful and creative and the food itself was absolutely delicious. The portions were generous and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The staff was friendly and welcoming. You can tell they take pride in what they’re serving. “ So good I went back the next day for more. The shrimp tempura roll was great. Hanalei rainbow row is exactly what you want from a rainbow roll. Ginger crazy roll was amazing. King ocean roll is one of the best I've ever had. Great service. Mind you it might be a 30–40 minute wait depending on when you go. Just plan ahead or call in for carryout. ”
